NoticiasTT is a free tool for creating fictional TV-style news images. It is intended for humour, parody and entertainment. These terms explain how you may use the service.

1. Using the tool

You can upload a photo, write a headline and caption, choose a layout and generate an image to download or share. No account is required. The result is a fictional image, not verified news or a journalistic publication.

2. Responsible use

Do not use NoticiasTT for fraud, deceptive impersonation, harassment, threats, defamation or violations of another person's privacy or rights. Do not create illegal content or present the result as genuine information with the intention of deceiving or causing harm. Make it clear that your image is a prank or parody when sharing it.

3. Photos, text and logos

You must have the rights or permissions needed to use the materials you add, including images of people and trademarks. You retain any rights you hold in your own materials. Using this tool does not give you rights to third-party content or imply endorsement by any television channel.

4. Generation, downloads and storage

Your composition is generated in your browser. The editor does not upload your photos to the server or keep a gallery of your creations. Download the result before closing or reloading the page. Sharing through another app is subject to that app's terms.

5. Third-party services

The website uses Google Tag Manager and, in production, reCAPTCHA to protect the contact form. These services may process technical browsing data; not storing photos on our server does not mean that no data processing takes place. See Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

6. Availability and responsibility

Operation depends on your browser, device and the services required for verification. Interruptions and errors may occur, and compatibility with every app is not guaranteed. You are responsible for the content you enter and how you share it. These terms do not exclude any liability or rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

7. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change the features and these terms. The current version will be available on this page with its update date. Changes do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
